1. Apple picking
My absolute favorite fall activities definitely includes apple picking! If you are anything like me, then no fall is complete with out going to the apple orchard! I love apple picking and I try my best to visit the orchards every fall season!

What’s better than making fresh, homemade apple pie after a day of apple picking?!
3. Visit a pumpkin patch
Nothing says it’s the fall season like picking out a pumpkin from the pumpkin patch! One of my favorite fall activities is going to a pumpkin patch! Check out Wojcik’s Farm!
4. Go to a haunted house or hayride
I love a scary haunted house or hayride to get me into the fall mood! Factory of Terror has always been a popular haunted house in Massachusetts.
5. Visit Fright Fest
I am sure you have heard of Six Flags if you live in Massachusetts. Usually Six Flags will have fright fest which is when they decorate the park for Halloween and have their workers dress up! They also have a few scary attractions set up for you to experience!
6. Go to a jack o lantern festival
Although the Jack-O-Lantern festival everyone loves is actually in Rhode Island, but it’s just a short drive and it’s so worth it! There are tons of incredible carved pumpkins that light up the night as you walk through the Roger William’s Zoo.
7. Visit the Berkshires
The Berkshire mountains are gorgeous and visiting during the fall is an incredible view! Admire the foliage as you hike the beautiful trails. A MUST do fall activity.
8. Have a fall getaway stay

If you are into witchcraft or just enjoy a spooky vibe, there is nothing more exciting than Salem in the Fall! Plus, for all you Hocus Pocus fans, this is the spot to be!!!
